Work With Me

Building inclusive communities, adaptive sport programs, and accessible experiences.

With more than a dozen years of experience as the founder of Adaptive Climbing Group, a national nonprofit serving people with disabilities, I help organizations create meaningful opportunities for participation, leadership, and belonging.

Whether you're a climbing gym, outdoor organization, nonprofit, university, conference, or corporate team, I bring firsthand experience in adaptive sport, accessibility, community building, volunteer leadership, and program development.

I work with organizations looking to:

  • Launch or strengthen adaptive sport programs

  • Improve accessibility and disability inclusion

  • Train staff, volunteers, and leadership teams

  • Build community-centered initiatives

  • Engage audiences through speaking and storytelling

  • Develop sustainable nonprofit and volunteer-driven programs

My approach combines lived experience, professional expertise, and more than a decade of building adaptive climbing communities across the United States.
